Manage and supervise all accounting and tax activities for assigned entities.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Assist in the financial integration of future acquisitions.
Develop and implement financial controls and processes to enhance the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of financial reporting and ensure precise control over financial data across all entities.
Lead and coordinate tax filings with local tax advisors for assigned entities.
Support the team during the audits and other external financial reviews.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management based on analysis of financial results
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
+5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Knowledge of Netsuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate and lead all accounting functions for assigned entities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Required languages: English and Spanish (at least level C1 )
