Lead M&A Transactions: Manage end-to-end M&A processes, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing potential acquisition/divestment opportunities.
Conduct Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis to assess the viability and strategic fit of potential acquisitions.
Due Diligence: Coordinate and conduct comprehensive due diligence, including financial, operational, and legal aspects, to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine the M&A strategy, aligning with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.
Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations with target companies, advisors, and other stakeholders to structure and finalize acquisition/divestment agreements.
Integration Planning: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integration plans, ensuring a smooth transition and realization of synergies.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to support the identification of strategic acquisition targets.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership and board members.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external advisors, investment banks, and other relevant parties to facilitate deal flow and execution.

Education: Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, transaction services auditing or corporate finance with a track record of successful transactions.
Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish.
