How you will contribute
The BDA will become a trusted team member and the face of Yaba with target sellers, acting as the initial point of contact of the company.
The role will be primarily focused on outbound activities like cold-calling and email campaigns with the main goal of reaching out to sellers and understanding if they are willing to sell their business.
You will have the opportunity to be closely mentored and professionally developed by more seasoned sales and M&A professionals.

High school diploma or equivalent
1-4 years of proven insidesales experience as Business Developer
Familiarity with outbound activity & CRM systems and practices
Ability to overcome and handle objections. Be prepared to address objections and concerns from prospects. Develop strategies to overcome common objections and maintain a positive conversation.
Spanish and English are mandatory to be spoken fluently (level C1) + any other European language. German is a plus (big community of Amazon sellers in Germany).
