Invoice Processing:
Efficiently and accurately register and process invoices in Netsuite.
Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards in all invoice-related activities.
Bank Reconciliations:
Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process.
Accounts Payable:
Oversee the entire accounts payable process, including vendor communication and payment processing.
Manage the payment schedule and ensure timely payments to vendors.
General Ledger Maintenance:
Assist in maintaining the general ledger to reflect accurate financial transactions.
Collaborate with the senior finance team members to ensure compliance with accounting principles.
ERP and finance process Improvement:
Actively participate in identifying areas for process improvement within the finance department.
Propose and implement enhancements to streamline financial processes.
These are some of the traits we would want you to bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Knowledge of Netsuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Minimum of 2 languages spoken fluently, level C1 (English + another European language1).
