• Invoice Processing: 

  • Efficiently and accurately register and process invoices in Netsuite.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards in all invoice-related activities.

• Bank Reconciliations:

  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process.

• Accounts Payable:

  • Oversee the entire accounts payable process, including vendor communication and payment processing.

  • Manage the payment schedule and ensure timely payments to vendors.

• General Ledger Maintenance:

  • Assist in maintaining the general ledger to reflect accurate financial transactions.

  • Collaborate with the senior finance team members to ensure compliance with accounting principles.

• ERP and finance process Improvement:

  • Actively participate in identifying areas for process improvement within the finance department.

  • Propose and implement enhancements to streamline financial processes.

These are some of the traits we would want you to bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

• Knowledge of Netsuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Minimum of 2 languages spoken fluently, level C1 (English + another European language1).
