Automate accounting processes: Implement tools and systems to automate accounting tasks, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
Optimize existing financial processes: Evaluate and streamline existing processes within the finance department to enhance overall performance and accuracy.
Manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of companies: Oversee and manage the complete accounting cycle, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closings for a group of companies.
Assist in accounting closings and audits: Provide support during accounting closings and assist in the preparation and coordination of audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Support tax reporting and compliance: Assist with the preparation, filing, and control of taxes in collaboration with external tax advisors.
Support treasury management: Assist in managing cash flow, banking relationships, and other treasury-related tasks for multiple companies.
These are some of the traits we would want you to bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Knowledge of Netsuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Spanish and English spoken fluently (level C1)
