How you will contribute
As an FP&A Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the company's financial decision-making process. Your expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting will help ensure that the organization is making informed and strategic financial decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for financial analysis and a desire to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
You will be leading together with the Head of Finance, and the FP&A area and will have recurrent exposure to the CEO and management team of the company.
Who will thrive in this role
These are some of the traits we would want you to bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, controlling or similar roles
Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. Relevant experience in financial modelling
Deep knowledge of SQL or BI tools will be greatly valued (we use Google tools to use and visualize data: BigQuery and Looker Studio)
Knowledge of Netsuite or similar ERP systems is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will eventually lead presentations to other business stakeholders (other company’s areas, internal committee, banks/investors, etc.)
2 languages spoken fluently, level C1 (English + Spanish)
