How you will contribute

At Yaba, we are on a mission to build and scale a portfolio of purposeful and high-potential brands in the healthy food, nutrition, and wellness space. We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong creative background, a sharp eye for visual storytelling, and proven experience across various design disciplines, as well as leadership capabilities to guide and coordinate a team of designers.

This role is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the visual identity of multiple consumer brands, working across packaging, social media, ecommerce, and marketplace content. If you're passionate about design that not only looks great but drives brand growth and emotional connection, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be responsible for leading, developing, and executing creative assets across packaging, social media, ecommerce, and marketplaces, helping shape and evolve the visual identity of multiple wellness and nutrition brands. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll translate brand strategy into compelling visuals, while also providing creative direction, mentoring, and coordination for the internal design team. You’ll leverage both traditional design tools and AI technologies to enhance output and efficiency, fostering a high standard of creativity and execution.

Who will thrive in this role

Someone with 8+ years of experience in graphic design and art direction, preferably in the CPG, food, wellness, or beauty industries, and ideally within international environments.
Experienced in team coordination and mentoring, with the ability to elevate and manage a small design team.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern AI-powered design tools.
A multitasker who can manage and delegate several projects at once without compromising quality or deadlines.
A designer and director with a strong portfolio showcasing brand development across print and digital.
Someone curious, self-motivated, and excited about joining a startup-minded team building brands that matter.
