About the Position
We are looking for an Amazon Operations Manager to lead the performance and operational excellence of Yaba’s brands on Amazon across Europe and North America.
This is a key role within our e-commerce structure, the person who ensures our brands grow profitably, efficiently, and consistently on Amazon.
How you will contribute
You will be responsible for the P&L of the channel, monitoring performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and standardizing best practices across the portfolio.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with Brand Managers, PPC specialists, and Supply Chain to build a scalable, data-driven Amazon growth engine.
As a member of this team you will
Channel Performance & P&L Ownership
Own the Amazon channel P&L for Yaba’s brand portfolio, ensuring growth with profitability discipline.
Monitor sales, margin, advertising spend, and operational costs to maintain healthy contribution margins.
Build monthly business reviews and forecast models to support decision-making.
Identify and prioritize high-impact initiatives to improve efficiency and ROI.
Data & Insights
Consolidate and analyze performance data across brands and marketplaces (EU, UK, US, CA).
Develop dashboards and KPIs to track revenue, contribution margin, and advertising performance.
Turn insights into actionable strategies — from pricing optimization to inventory management.
Partner with Tech and BI teams to automate data pipelines and reporting consistency.
Operational Excellence
Standardize core processes (content, catalog, logistics, PPC, reporting) across brands for scalability.
Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance speed, accuracy, and visibility of Amazon operations.
Coordinate launches, promotions, and deal events ensuring perfect execution and post-event learnings.
Manage relationships with internal and external partners (agencies, Amazon support, vendors).
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align channel goals and execution plans.
Act as the main point of contact for Amazon-related escalations and cross-brand projects.
Coach and mentor team members in Amazon account management, operational KPIs, and data literacy.
Who will thrive in this role
These are some of the traits we would want you to bring to the table:
5+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller or Vendor accounts, ideally across multiple brands or geographies.
Proven experience owning or contributing to channel P&L.
Strong analytical and technical skills (advanced Excel/Sheets, Looker/Power BI, and Amazon reports).
Deep understanding of Amazon levers: catalog, pricing, advertising, logistics, and contribution margin.
Structured, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Curious mindset with strong problem-solving orientation and bias for action.
Fluent in English and Spanish (C1+). Additional European languages are a plus.
