We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager who will own and accelerate the performance of our digital storefronts. This role is critical to unlocking strong online growth, optimizing customer journeys, and scaling our e-commerce revenues. You will work closely with Brand Management, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution and sustainable growth across platforms.
This role goes beyond daily execution: it’s about building the roadmap, orchestrating teams, and turning insights into growth. You’ll lead the strategic direction, commercial planning, and continuous optimization of our digital storefronts (Shopify and beyond), ensuring profitability, scalability, and brand coherence across all touchpoints.
You will combine a strategic business mindset with strong analytical and technical fluency, able to zoom out to define where we go next, and zoom in when needed to improve performance, data flows, and user experience.
Own and optimize the full e-commerce funnel across Shopify, and other marketplaces across Europe, the US, and Canada.
Lead pricing, promotions, and media investment strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
Build conversion-driven product pages, content, and merchandising strategies that reflect brand positioning.
Partner with Performance Marketing to execute campaigns and track efficiencies.
Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure optimal stock availability, demand forecasting, and launch planning.
Monitor performance, define KPIs, and report insights that translate into actionable improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to guide digital product launches, packaging updates, and new channel expansion.
Identify new growth opportunities across platforms, markets, and customer segments.
Drive continuous testing and optimization across ads, pricing, content, and user experience.
Represent e-commerce needs internally to ensure a seamless online experience and brand consistency.
Lead, and develop a small team to maximize e-commerce performance at scale.
Strategic & P&L Ownership
Own the full P&L of Yaba’s DTC business across brands and markets, ensuring revenue growth and margin optimization.
Define and execute the DTC commercial strategy — from pricing, promotion, and media investment to channel expansion and CRM.
Lead annual planning and forecasting, aligning commercial targets with brand and marketing roadmaps.
Develop scalable frameworks for growth — from CAC/LTV tracking to retention and subscription models.
Performance & Data-Driven Optimization
Translate business goals into clear KPIs and dashboards; monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Analyze traffic, conversion, and customer behavior data to drive strategic decisions and UX enhancements.
Lead testing and experimentation (pricing, content, checkout flows, media mix) to continuously improve profitability.
Operational Leadership
Oversee day-to-day operations of Shopify stores and connected digital tools, ensuring performance, stability, and best-in-class UX.
Partner with Tech and Product to evolve the DTC tech stack — including analytics, CRM, payments, logistics, and integrations.
Manage cross-functional projects such as launches, product updates, and site improvements.
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and empower a growing team of e-commerce specialists, performance marketers, and analysts.
Collaborate closely with Brand, Growth Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
Represent DTC at company level, driving a performance and customer-centric culture across teams.
5+ years of experience in e-commerce and consumer goods, ideally with global or multi-brand exposure.
Proven track record scaling digital revenues on D2C channels.
Strong analytical mindset and data fluency, with a focus on turning metrics into decisions.
Experience managing marketing budgets and improving unit economics.
Hands-on experience with Shopify, GA4, Looker/Power BI, and marketing analytics tools.
Skilled at collaborating with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams.
Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
Passion for consumer brands and healthy nutrition is a strong bonus.
