TikTok Shop Affiliates & Creators Manager

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on TikTok Shop Affiliates & Creators Manager to support the growth of TikTok Shop across all YABA portfolio brands.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow within a fast-evolving and innovative channel, with a genuine interest in social media, TikTok and the creator economy. It is a great opportunity for a profile motivated to learn, experiment and develop hands-on experience in social commerce, while contributing to the day-to-day execution and growth of TikTok Shop across the YABA portfolio.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of affiliate and creator activities on TikTok Shop, working closely with the TikTok Shop Channel Lead and supporting the activation, communication and performance tracking of creators and affiliates.

You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and consistent execution of TikTok Shop affiliate and creator activations, helping scale creator participation, content output and sales performance across brands.

Your contribution will focus on operational excellence, creator relationships and execution support.

Affiliate & Creator Management

• Support the management of TikTok Shop affiliates across different tiers (top, mid and long-tail).

• Handle daily communication with creators and affiliates.

• Coordinate product sampling and shipments for creators.

• Maintain updated creator and affiliate databases.
  
  

Creator Activation & Content Support

• Support the launch of creator activations, challenges and campaigns.

• Share scripts, sales messages and key product information with creators.

• Ensure creators receive clear guidelines and materials for content creation.

• Follow up on content delivery and participation.
  
  

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track affiliate and creator performance on TikTok Shop.

• Support reporting on key KPIs such as GMV, creator output and activation results.

• Identify early performance signals and share insights with the Channel Lead

Cross-brand Execution

• Support TikTok Shop affiliate execution across multiple YABA brands.

• Adapt creator communication to different brand guidelines and needs.

• Ensure consistency in execution while respecting brand differences.

Who will thrive in this role

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, creator partnerships or similar roles

• Strong interest in TikTok, creators and social commerce.

• Highly organized and execution-oriented

• Comfortable communicating with creators and managing multiple conversations

• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and improve

• Curious and creative mindset, with an out-of-the-box approach to problem solving

• Interest in new tools and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency

• Minimum of 2 languages spoken fluently, level C1 (English + another European language1). Any additional language is a plus, level B2 (German, French, Spanish, Italian)

• Team player with a proactive attitude.
